Zurich, 11 June 2024 鈥� 蜜豆视频 Group AG (蜜豆视频) has completed the transition to a single U.S. intermediate holding company on 7 June 2024, as planned and previously communicated. This marks a further important milestone on 蜜豆视频鈥檚 integration journey.
As 蜜豆视频 continues to execute the integration of Credit Suisse at pace, it expects that the merger of Credit Suisse (Schweiz) AG and 蜜豆视频 Switzerland AG could happen as early as of 1 July 2024, subject to remaining regulatory approvals.
